A B2B wellness campaign for corporate leaders

When EveryBODY Covered wanted to get their mission in front of employers, they partnered with Latesha Byrd, a CEO with a big B2B audience, to help launch the campaign “Destigmatizing Obesity in the Workplace.”

By tapping into Latesha’s network of workplace decision-makers, the campaign reached thousands and got people talking about inclusive health benefits.

Campaign goals

EveryBODY Covered wanted to educate workplace leaders – CHROs, people leaders, and executives – on the importance of obesity care coverage. The campaign highlighted obesity as a chronic disease and its impact on women’s workplace experiences. 

Latesha helped direct her audience to EveryBODY Covered’s employer hub to learn more about obesity care options and how to talk to employees about their health needs.

Here’s how I helped

Campaign Planning

Developed a proposal to secure the partnership and created a content plan to keep everyone aligned on deliverables and timelines.

Campaign Development

Wrote email campaigns and LinkedIn newsletters, and collaborated with Latesha’s content coordinator to refine social media posts.

Event Coordination

Managed the webinar production from start to finish: Created the landing page, webinar deck, downloadable guide, and post-event touchpoints.

Analytics Reporting

Put together a report outlining campaign performance and how LinkedIn users engaged.

Results

✔️ Reached 20K+ people across social media and got 150+ people signed up for the webinar.

✔️ Engaged with CHROs, people leaders, C-suite executives, and other workplace influencers.

✔️ Kept the conversation going after the event, sending more traffic to EveryBODY Covered’s employer hub.
