The start

Latesha Byrd is a speaker, advisor, and CEO of Perfeqta, a boutique talent development agency. She founded Perfeqta in 2021 with the mission of helping C-suite executives build high-performing cultures.

To attract a B2B audience online, Latesha had to redefine her brand messaging while staying true to her authentic self. 

I worked closely with Latesha to help strategize, create, and distribute content for her personal and company channels. We leaned on her unique expertise and incredible client work to position her as a change agent and thought leader.

I developed monthly editorial plans to establish a cohesive brand message and increase online visibility. 

Here’s what I focused on:

Defined content topics for Latesha’s social media channels that aligned with her audience’s interests, behaviors, and workplace challenges. 

Wrote 90+ articles for the company’s LinkedIn newsletter and 250+ email campaigns.

Created and promoted lead magnets that acquired 95% of email newsletter subscribers.

Built Perfeqta’s online resource center to drive traffic and generate inbound leads.

Kept track of performance metrics to make sure content goals were aligned with business goals.
