To grab the attention of busy HR pros and workplace leaders, Uber for Business partnered with Latesha Byrd, a founder with a large B2B following.
Together, they launched a webinar campaign targeting one of people leaders’ biggest challenges: making hybrid work more inclusive.
With Latesha’s connection to thousands of workplace decision-makers, this campaign brought in hundreds of business leaders who wanted to learn more about reshaping their company cultures.
Campaign goals
Uber for Business wanted to grow its audience of HR leaders while driving them to the company’s learning center and corporate offerings. This partnered webinar helped generate leads by targeting workplace decision makers.
The campaign not only shared strategies for building more inclusive, collaborative cultures but also highlighted how Uber for Business’ premium travel and meal programs can improve engagement, no matter where employees work.
Here’s how I helped
Campaign Planning
Created a proposal to secure the partnership with Uber for Business, developed the webinar theme with key takeaways for the audience, and managed all of Latesha’s campaign deliverables.
Campaign Development
Wrote email copy, LinkedIn newsletters, and social media posts to promote the event, and wrote an eBook lead magnet summarizing key points from the webinar.
Results
✔️ Received 447 webinar registrations.
✔️ 93% of attendees rated the webinar as excellent or good.
✔️ Got positive feedback from HR professionals and company leaders on the fireside chat format.
